Ortho Hors D'oeuvres (Prompt):

Patient is a 32 year-old male who presents with right ankle pain after tripping over a curb. He has no other medical or surgical history, does not smoke, and is visiting from across the country with plans to fly back home in 3 days. His greatest area of tenderness is at the right medial malleolus. He has normal capillary refill and good distal pulses, sensation, and function.
