Patient is a 50 year-old left-handed female presenting with right shoulder pain. She was feeding her cat when she tripped on the water bowl and landed directly onto her right shoulder. On physical examination, she has tenderness to palpation at the distal clavicle and just inferior to the distal clavicle. Her range of motion is limited secondary to pain.
