Ortho Hors D'oeuvres (Prompt):

Patient is a 22 year-old female presenting with left foot pain. She was walking down the stairs when she tripped on the last step, landing on her side. Someone who was following her down the stairs then stepped directly onto her foot, compressing it laterally. On physical examination, she has tenderness to palpation over the base of the left first and second metatarsals. She has no pain with twisting motion of the left forefoot and is neurovascularly intact distally.
