Ortho Hors D'oeuvres (Prompt):

Patient is a 19 year-old right-handed female presenting with right shoulder pain. She was playing lacrosse when she fell directly down onto her right shoulder. On physical examination, she has tenderness to palpation at the medial clavicle with associated mild swelling. She has no bony tenderness to the distal clavicle or glenohumeral joint. Her range of motion of the shoulder is limited secondary to pain, but her neurovascular examination is normal distally.
