Patient is a 39 year-old left-handed male presenting with right wrist pain. Patient was riding a motorcycle at low speeds when forced to "lay down" his motorcycle when cut off by a car. On physical examination, patient has intact abduction, opposition, and thumb extension. He has intact sensation to median, ulnar, and radial nerve distributions.
