Ortho Hors D'oeuvres (Prompt):

Patient is a 42 year-old healthy construction worker presenting with left hip pain. Patient was working in scaffolding 2 when he fell from approximately 20 feet, landing on both feet. He states he felt his leg "twist" under him and had immediate pain and inability to ambulate because of pain to the left hip. On physical exam, patient has intact distal pulses and strength with no obvious left lower extremity shortening or rotation, but significant pain with passive rotation of the left leg.
